Support and Data Monitoring Overview
At SpryWare we understand the urgency and importance of real-time market data. From
initial implementation to the actual use of our technology you will work with our own full time
professionals who have years of market data experience and are highly trained within the
SpryWare solutions.
With every contract you are provided with personalized support via e-mail and phone. Our
standard support hours evolve around the US stock market, specifically the New York Stock
Exchange, and is available one hour prior to the market open and one hour past closing. This
does however not mean we don’t operate outside those hours. If you require support outside
of our standard hours, we offer an extended service plan.
The areas of support are typically divided in to the following three areas:
• Network and Hardware
• Database management
• Development and functionality
Network monitoring
SpryWare operates fully managed networks and have secure remote access to all data centers
and servers. An extensive monitoring system is in place which provides us with statistics and
notifications on a real-time basis. These systems are operational 24/7 and system maintenance
and updates will often take place outside regular office hours.
Extended service plan
If you require support outside normal operating hours we offer extended service plans. An
extended plan gives you access to e-mail and phone support during evenings and Week-ends on
areas directly related to production issues.
